1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using PST Viewer · Open Outlook File (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service PST Viewer · Open Outlook File is a mobile application that allows users to open, view, and export Microsoft Outlook PST and OST files directly on their iOS devices. The App processes all data locally on the device and does not upload any user data to external servers.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases PST Viewer · Open Outlook File offers both free and premium functionality. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase.

Billing: Subscription payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to PST Viewer · Open Outlook File payment terms.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content and Data You retain all rights to your PST/OST files and the data contained within them. PST Viewer · Open Outlook File does not claim ownership of any user content. All file processing occurs locally on your device — no data is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App Use the App to access files you do not have authorization to view

6. Intellectual Property The App, including its code, design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND APP, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS FILES.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview PST Viewer · Open Outlook File (“the App”) is committed to protecting privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

In short: We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or files.

2. Data Collection PST Viewer · Open Outlook File does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

No account required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.

No analytics: We do not use any analytics or tracking SDKs.

No file uploads: Your PST/OST files are processed entirely on your device. No file data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party service.

No contact access: The App does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

3. Local Data Processing All PST and OST file parsing, email viewing, attachment extraction, and export operations are performed locally on your device. The App operates fully offline — no internet connection is required for core functionality.

4. Third-Party Services The App uses the following third-party services:

Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

RevenueCat: For managing subscription status. RevenueCat receives only an anonymous device identifier — no personal data, email addresses, or file contents.

Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements to free users. AdMob, included in our app, does not track activity. It’s configured to prevent tracking. Pro users do not see any advertisements.

5. Advertisements The free version of PST Viewer · Open Outlook File displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. No personal information from your PST/OST files is shared with advertisers. Upgrading to Pro permanently removes all advertisements.

6. Children’s Privacy The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Security Since we do not collect or store any user data on our servers, there is no risk of data breach from our side. Your files remain on your device at all times.

8. Your Rights Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete. You can uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally cached data.

9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
